If you are in a position to begin sponsorship, or add another sponsored child to your family, this is a good opportunity to take the next step as a family. Here are some ideas you may want to incorporate.
- As a family, talk about which countries intrigue you most. Is there a country you dream of visiting? Do you have interest in learning more about a particular country? Is there a particular language you are hoping to learn or already know?
- As a family, pray and ask God to direct you to a child.
- As a family, visit Compassion's website and look through the child profiles. Talk about which children you are drawn to and why.
